All products on our marketplace can be purchased under the Personal, Commercial or Extended Commercial Licenses.
When you buy an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you’re not actually acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license issued to use the item in your project.

Personal License
The Personal License is designed primarily for personal use only. You may use them for display on a personal computer, create image prints, or develop visual projects for personal and non-commercial purposes. Whether you're exploring how our mockups work in Photoshop, printing something for your home, or learning about graphic design, feel free to utilize the Personal License!
You can't use Personal License to charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. You can't use items for advertising, either, or to share the results of your work publicly.
If you're a company or designer working on a commercial project, or if your project will take part in an exhibition, design competition, or non-profit event where the purchased items will be shared publicly or within your company, please, choose the Commercial or Extended Commercial License according to your project's scope.
Commercial or Extended Commercial License?
To help you choose the best license option for commercial use, we've prepared a short checklist for you. Simply answer YES or NO.
✔ My project's value is less than $10,000;
✔ I will use this product for only one business account in social media;
✔ I will make 0 to 5,000 physical objects using your product (books, print on clothing items, brochures, business cards, promo materials, etc);
✔ Only I will have the rights to use your product, there is no need to transfer the right to another person/company;
✔ The digital asset will be broadcasted to less than 500,000 viewers;
✔ I will use the item for physical advertisement on local markets only (200-mile radius within the borders of a single country);
If you answered YES to all these statements, you should get the Commercial License. If you answered NO to at least one of these statements, you would need the Extended Commercial License.
What is the definition of a project?
"Project" is one or more activities that are planned and designed to achieve a particular aim or objective within the same scope of work.
What is the project's value?
The project's value is the revenue generated from the project where a product has been used.
Can I use the product in multiple projects?
Regardless of the license you choose, each product can be used in 1 commercial or non-commercial project only. For example, if you used the item for your portfolio, and then your client wants you to design something for their website with the same item, you need to repurchase the license for the same product once again.
Can I use the product in an app or game?
Yes, with the Extended Commercial License, you can use the purchased product in any native app, web app, or game, with unlimited downloads or sales.
